We're full of beans & ready to service your noomi.
Service is by appointment only, so please book ahead!
If your bean bag is not a noomi, you can purchase our awesome DIY beans.

Service Options
Top up: If your noomi has never been topped up before, or has been topped up once or twice, this is the service for you. It is done on the spot and takes about 15 minutes per bean bag.
Please book one slot per bean bag.

Cost: $15 service fee per bean bag + $29.95 per bag of beans.
Refresh & save: Have you service fee ($15) waived when you buy a full-priced cover during your service.

Example: If a bean bag requires top up of 2 bags of beans, the total cost will be $74.9 (2x $29.95 + $15).

Complete refill:  If your bean bag has been topped up twice already, and is starting to become really heavy, or if you had a nasty accident (cat wee, etc), we recommend a complete refill. The service includes emptying your bean bag and sending the beans to recycling, liner soak & wash, and then complete refill with fresh beans. Your bean bag will be super clean and light and easy to move around again. You'll need to leave your bean bag with us for about a week, and collect it or have it delivered back to you a week later. 

Cost: $35 service fee per bean bag +  $29.95 per bag of beans.

Refresh & save: Save $15 when you buy a full-priced cover during your service.

For example: A Pod Bean Bag complete refill costs $35 service fee + 4x bags of beans $29.95 = $154.80. 

Liner Wash: If you had a nasty accident (cat wee, etc), or just need your bean bag to be emptied and washed without being refilled again, book this service. It includes emptying your bean bag and sending the beans to recycling, liner soak & wash. It takes about a week to complete. You'll need to leave your liner with us, and collect it or have it delivered back to you a week later.

Cost: $20 per bean bag

Beans Recycling: If you need to empty your bean bag for storage, house move, or any other reason, and don't want the beans to end up in the landfill, we can help! The service includes emptying your bean bag and sending the beans to recycling.

It takes about a day to complete. You'll need to leave your bean bag with us, and collect it, or have it delivered back to you once ready. If you no longer need your liner and it's in a reasonable condition, we will refurbish it and donate it to those in need! 
Cost: $10 per bean bag

Payment for service is required when booking.
Payment for beans is required once the service is complete.

Preparation is Key (for Top up and Complete Refill):

A day or two before your appointment, remove the cover for wash & dry.
Vacuum the liner from the outside to get rid of any dust that may have settled in over time. There's no need to open the liner nor wash it. 
Don't worry about stains, they are expected, and please avoid the temptation to use the bean bag naked - it will overstretch it!

Bring both the cover & liner to your appointment - there's no need to put the cover back on, we will do it as part of the service. If you're going to purchase a new cover, you don't need to bring the cover with you, only the liner.

Please be mindful that your topped-up noomi will take up more space in the car.
If the instructions aren't followed, we may not be able to service your bean bag on the spot.

What happens to used beans?
Used beans get sent back to our beans factory in Melbourne for recycling, so they don't end up in the landfill and stay there forever! Used beans get moulded into blocks for insulation / construction so they get another life! 

We are happy to recycle beans from any bean bag, noomi or otherwise!
