    Order received after these dates may still arrive in time, however, this cannot be guaranteed. 
    The above information is a guideline only and is subject to change as a result of unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.
    As this is an extremely busy time of year, we highly recommend that you place your order as early as possible.
    We also recommend giving Authority to Leave (please read below) to avoid re-delivery, which can delay the delivery of your order by a few days.

    Click & Collect

     

    We offer an easy collection from our warehouse during opening hours.
    Simply choose "Store pick-up" and we will email you when your order is ready for collection. Same day collection is possible (during opening days/hours), simply let us know if you need your order urgently!

    Commercial Vs. Residential Addresses

    It's easier, faster & cheaper to get our bean bags delivered to a commercial address, i.e office, warehouse, clinic, store, school, etc. 
    A home based business is unfortunately NOT considered a commercial address by the carriers.
    During checkout you may be presented with different rates for commercial delivery, residential delivery or depot collection. 

    Please select the appropriate option for your delivery address.
    If there's mismatch between the rate and address, we will get in touch.
    For commercial addresses, please advise business name & opening hours.

    International Orders

    We now ship empty bean bags & comfort accessories to NZ and UK. For other countries, please get in touch.

    We will do our absolute best to prepare & ship your order within 1-3 business days.

    Shipping Time

    All our orders ship with road express services.
    Delivery time depends on your order & location.
    Please find below an estimated delivery time once your order has been collected from our Melbourne warehouse:

    • Melbourne metro: 1-2 business days
    • Sydney, Adelaide: 2-7 business days
    • Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Wollongong, Newcastle: 3-7 business days
    • Hobart, Launceston, Perth, Sunshine Coast: 6-7 business days
    • Darwin: 7-10 business days
    • Country non-metro areas: 2-10 business days
    • Remote areas: Up to 15 business days

    Couriers

    We use a few different carriers to give you the best, fastest, most affordable & reliable delivery service.

    • Small items: Couriers Please & Australia Post.
    • Bean bags: Toll Exptress, TNT Express, Allied Express, North Line & Bohaul.
    • Large items / Melbourne metro: Capital Transport 

    There's a significant difference in price between carriers.
    Therefore, you cannot choose which carrier will ship with.
    If you do have an issue with a particular carrier, please let us know and we will do our best to find a solution!

    PO Box, Parcel Locker & Parcel Collect

    Our bean bags are a little too big to fit in your letterbox... therefore, only our small products can ship with Australia Post. 
    Where possible, please provide an actual delivery address.
    If that's not an option, please use your PO Box / parcel locker / parcel collect, and we will be in touch if there's any issue with that.

    Delivery Days

    Deliveries are usually made Mon-Fri during business hours 9am-5:30pm. This may be extended to evenings & weekends during peak season, and is ultimately up to the carrier. Requesting a delivery during weekends & public holidays is not possible.

    Tracking

    All our deliveries come with real-time tracking.
    Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email or a text message with your tracking info.

    Delivery Alerts

    If you provide your mobile number during checkout, you may get a text from us or our courier regarding your delivery. Unfortunately we can't provide time windows for the time of delivery, and it's not possible to get the courier to call or text you before a delivery is made. The best way to know when your parcel is coming is to check the tracking info we send you.

    Authority To Leave At the Door

    If you think it's safe to leave your order at the door or somewhere around the house (carport, garage, verandah, behind the gate, back door, etc) please tick the "OK to leave at" box and leave clear instructions where you'd like your order left. The default location is at the front door.
    Please note: If you give us the authority to leave your order, you are responsible for your order once it gets delivered.
    Having said that, you should know that we have never had a parcel stolen!

    If it's not safe, in some cases (depends on the product and the courier) you may be required to be home to receive the delivery. We can also deliver to a family member, your neighbour, work place, hold the parcel at the depot for self collection, etc. If we don't have the authority to leave and it requires special handling, we will get in touch and advise you about that. One way or another we will get the parcel to you safely!

    We strongly recommend that you provide an address where it's safe to leave or an address where there's someone between 9am-5:30pm.

    Insurance

    For your peace of mind, all our orders are insured during shipping at no extra cost.
