When you check-out you may be presented with a few shipping options.
Please choose the right option for your location (for example: Melbourne Metro, Country Victoria, etc).
If you choose the wrong area we will get in touch with you and let you know what it costs to ship to you.
If you don't get any options (remote areas or large orders), we can still ship to you, but we need to give you a quote.

All our deliveries are shipped with road express services.
Delivery time depends on your order and location.

We use a few different courier companies to give you the best, fastest, most affordable and reliable service.
Unfortunately, you cannot choose who we ship your order with, as prices vary significantly between the different companies.
If you do have an issue with a particular courier service (mainly in farms and remote areas) please get in touch and let us know, and we will do our best to help.
Due to high charges by Australia Post, in most cases we will NOT be able to deliver to your PO Box / Parcel Locker / Parcel Collect.
Where possible, please provide a delivery address that is NOT Australia-Post related (home, office, etc).
If you don't have such an option, we will get in touch with you to find a solution.
All deliveries are made on weekdays (Mon-Fri) during business hours 9am-5:30pm.
Unfortunately deliveries during weekends and public holidays are not possible.
All our deliveries (apart from same day deliveries in Melbourne with Capital Transport) come with real-time tracking.
Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with your tracking info.
If you give us your mobile number when you order, you may get an automatic text from some couriers saying your delivery is coming today or tomorrow, but they can't let you know exactly what time that would be. Unfortunately, it is NOT possible to get the courier to call or text you before a delivery is made. The best way to know when your parcel is coming is to check the tracking info we send you.
If you think it's safe to leave your order at the door or somewhere around the house (carport, garage, verandah, behind the gate, back door, etc) please tick the "OK to leave at" checkbox and write where exactly you want it to be left. The default location is at the front door.
Please note: If you give us the authority to leave your parcel at the door, it means you are responsible for the parcel once it is left at the door. Having said that, you should know that we have never had a parcel stolen!
If you think it's not safe, in some cases (depends on the product and the courier) you might have to be home to receive the delivery. We can also deliver to a family member, your neighbour, work place, hold the parcel at the depot, etc. If we don't have the authority to leave and it requires special handling, we will get in touch and advise you about that. One way or another we will get the parcel to you safely!
We strongly recommend that you use a work address or an address where you are absolutely sure there's people present between 9am-5:30pm, or authorise us to leave the parcel at your door if it's safe.
