Whether your NDIS plan is self managed, plan managed or NDIA managed, you may be able purchase some of our products with NDIS funding as long as they are in line with your plan goals & you have sufficient funds (usually under core support / consumables). Self managed NDIS Orders
- Add your noomi products to cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Under billing details, enter the details of the NDIS participant (full name, address
- Under the "Company" field, write "NDIS number" and enter the participant's NDIS number
- Choose ‘Bank Deposit’
- Select ‘Complete Order’
- You will receive an Order Confirmation email which will include a PDF link to your invoice. The invoice also includes payment details to noomi.
- Pay by bank transfer via the details on your confirmation email
- Your order will be shipped once we receive the funds
Plan managed NDIS Orders
- Add your noomi products to cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Under billing details, enter the details of the NDIS participant (full name, address)
- Under the "Company" field, write "NDIS number" and enter the participant's NDIS number
- Please ensure you use your own email so we can confirm your order and communicate with you regarding your order. Do not use the plan manager's email - it's best if you forward them the invoice yourself once your order is confirmed. If you'd like noomi to forward the invoice on your behalf, please reply to the confirmation email with the plan manager's detail and we'd be happy to do so.
- Choose ‘Bank Deposit’
- Select ‘Complete Order’
- You will receive an Order Confirmation email which will include a PDF link to your invoice. The invoice also includes payment details to noomi.
- Download the invoice and then forward it (in a new email) to your plan manager for payment. Do not forward the confirmation email to the plan manager as they may not be able to download the invoice, which will cause delays.
- Your order will be shipped once we receive the funds from the plan manager
NDIA Managed Orders
Simply email us at ndis@noomi.com.au the following details (you can copy & paste them into the email) and we‘ll process your order through one of our stockists who is a registered NDIS provider.
- Full name of funding recipient
- Date of birth of funding recipient
- NDIS number of funding recipient
- Full address (No PO Box) of funding recipient
- Contact name, email & mobile number of a carer to coordinate the delivery with
- Please advise a safe place to leave the parcel(s) if not home (front door, garage, carport, back door, etc)
- Choice of products, including colours & quantity
