Our beads are tiny (2-3mm). They feel better, make less noise and last longer than store bought beads so you don't have to refill very often. If you live in a remote place and prefer to buy this bean bag empty to save on shipping costs, and fill it yourself, you can buy large beads (not as good, but better than nothing) from your local hardware store. This bean bag requires 250 litres of beans. 

Easy washing: 
The bean bag comes with a liner that holds the beads, so you can easily take off the cover and wash it in the washing machine without the beads going everywhere. Washing instructions are normal 30 degrees cycle, inside out and hang to dry. Very handy with kids, pets and sticky fingers!
