Designed to help soothe headaches, migraines, and sinus congestion caused by stress and allergies. The mask covers the sinus passages and falls gently into the hollows of your eyes, and can be secured around the back of your head with a strap.

Herbal Hug
Filled with a special blend of peppermint, eucalyptus, and silica beads, so not only it can help you feel better, it also smells amazing.

Hot Therapy
Microwave on a clean plate for 10-20 seconds. If more heat is required, repeat in 10 second increments. Do not put water in the microwave, do not overheat. The pack should feel warm to touch, definitely not hot as it will be used on the eyes area.

Cold Therapy
Chill/Freeze in a sealed zip-lock bag to treat sport injuries or cool you down on hot summer days.

Product Care
Store in a cool dry place, or in a zip-lock bag in the freezer.
Do not wet, spot clean only.
